Excercising Tip

At one point in your life you probably will think about exercising, but you forget or put it off till later. But then what happens? You get out of shape!!! Big time!!! I’ve struggled with this, but what really helped me was listening to music, while I exercised, it really motivated me!!! I usually pick up beat song that are still inspiring and good.ย  (Toby Mac, Mandisa, etc.) It makes a difference. Try it see what you think!!! ๐Ÿ˜€

And remember this, 1 Corinthians says: Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
